Additives

Fundamental in meat products as meeting the various functions (from the emulsion stabilization to the formation and stabilization of the desired color), the Bremil additives are developed considering the equipment variations, formulations, weather conditions and results desired by the customer. The company produces all necessary classes of additives for the manufacture of various types of embedded (for cooked, fresh pork, cured and smoked); color binders (for cooked, fresh pork, cured, smoked and hamburger); and waterproofing, which are made with anti-mold agent and preservatives, run on natural resins, in order to protect the built-in environmental action, improving the appearance of the product. The waterproofing work forming a protective film on the surface which highlights the brightness and finish, greatly improving the appearance of the product.
